TCS in GST and TDS in 26AS by Amazon are not the same

I only sell on Amazon Marketplace.

My TCS by Amazon in GST and TDS in 26AS are not the same.

So there is a huge difference in turnover.

I file ITR this year but still did not verify it because there is a chance of getting a notice from the IT Deptt because of this turnover mismatch.

An Amazon seller support team told me 'TDS money deducted from your account directly goes to the government via Amazon, and this TDS amount gets refunded back to you annually by the government when you file your ITR?'

But after filing ITR, how to verify it? There is a huge huge mismatch in turnover.

Can you guide me, What are the best steps I should recommend to tackle this?
