Seller Account Inactive, Listing Currently unavailable
Hi,
My seller account is inactive and listing show "currently Unavailable". Due to inactivity, i was asked for verification via email but when i followed the instructions, there is another requirement in the menu for charge charge method instead of verification. I have changed charged method and the amount due was charged but there is no notification regarding verification.... The account is still inactive.

You have to put a CREDIT card, not a debit or a prepaid. A credit card is if the bank sends you a monthly bill you pay afterwards.

I understand you have been requested to provide required documentation in order to verify your selling account.
To submit your documents for verification, follow these steps:
- Go to "Settings" and select Account info in the upper right hand corner of seller central
- Click "Reactivate Account" and follow the next steps which you should see in the center of the page and provide the requested documents via this portal
If you've already submitted an application, click "Check Reactivation Status" to check your application status.
You will need to have that active credit card on file, just as @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC and @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp have confirmed. If one card is not working, I do have to suggest you provide another card and try again.
