My product listing has variation reviews that are not merging. I need to know if there is any solution that I can implement on my own, or if I need to escalate this to the seller support team . Please advise.

Depending on the Theme of the Variation Relationship the reviews might not merge.
You can always try deleting and reforming it though.

As @Seller_J46Ruz3VzvWCV mentioned, depending on the product and theme of variation, they may not qualify for merged reviews. For example, if the products you are variating sit in different categories or sub-categories, reviews may not be merged and will remain individual to that ASIN. You can take a look at the below for more information on examples of appropriate variations and how they might affect the review:
I would also suggest reaching out to Seller Support directly if you need more help. They will be able to take a closer look at the variation relationship and troubleshoot further.
