2 of my orders were handed over to the pickup person today on 1 July , 1:45 PM, he scanned both the parcels in front of me, I also heard the long beep sound from his phone. However, on my portal the status of the order was still "waiting for pickup" , the status of my order never changed and my order is now gone into late shipment rate due to this issue. I tried calling the pickup person more than 15 times but he did not pickup my call. I also enquired at BCTG station and their two station managers , they did not help and aske to contact the pickup person only. amazon seller support as usual the worst raised thier hands saying that the order was not picked up only , they refused to help , even there leadership team refused to help . This is now lead to order loss, monetary loss and mental stress for me, I have now no idea where my order could be and now account health metrics and buy button will be taken taken away with no fault of mine in this.

how can I raise a legal complaint against this ?
