Hi @ASKA_Communication_C,

In this scenario, we have found shared information between you and the account to which you are linked. This does not mean that you necessarily own the other account, but rather there is a link between the two of them. The other account has been deactivated, and due to the shared information between the two accounts, your account has also been deactivated.

Given your username and the name in the communication you have provided is the same, we have a couple of scenarios at play here. The first being you may have a completely separate account that has been deactivated. The second would be if you signed up for global selling status and accounts were created in different regional marketplaces.

In both of these scenarios, you would want to go to address the issues in the secondary account that is listed within the communication you have provided. Once you have addressed that secondary account, you can come back to your primary account to request reinstatement.

Should you have questions about reinstating the secondary account, please feel free to post them in a new thread so that we can avoid confusion between the two accounts and provide better assistance to you.

I checked global selling, and only N.A. Marketplaces are suspended. None of the other marketplaces are affect at all.

By way of clarification, can you confirm that is was your NA marketplaces that were deactivated for the relations issue, or you your primary account (whichever marketplace that happens to be) has been deactivated for the relations and your investigation found only the NA marketplaces are suffering some other kind of deactivation?

If it was your primary marketplace that was deactivated for relations and the NA marketplaces that are showing as deactivated for a separate reason, you will want to pursue reactivating the affected NA marketplaces. Once this has been accomplished, you can then request reactivation from your primary marketplace.

Our UPS account is stolen, and 3 people(Nxxx Koelpin,Txxx Weissnat, and Exxx Christiansen) shipped their products to Amazon’s warehouse using my UPS credential(ASKA XXXX).

- Do you know who these individuals are?

- How did you find them?

- Were they ever employed by your or have (legal) access to your account?

- Is there evidence to show your account may have been compromised by these individuals?

- What evidence can you share that has come to light as a result of your investigation?

- Do you know if any of these individuals posses an Amazon account?

My apologies for the many questions, but this is the kind of of information our appeals team will be requiring from any plan of action you submit for review. If you are able to show that these individuals have used your information in their endeavors, please share that information here in the thread as well (with personal information removed).
