The category/browse node for some of our ASINs was suddenly changed by Amazon and we are unable to change it back to what it should be
The category/browse node of the affected ASINs was suddenly changed weeks ago. Because of this, our sales have dropped noticeably of what they were prior to the change in category/browse node.
We already opened a case (Case ID: 12967694641) to have the ASINs moved under the correct category but Seller Support has repeatedly said that they can't change the category because they claimed that the "product is assigned to the current category based on the detail page and how Amazon customers find products through search and browse."
We hope that someone or the Amazon moderators can help us with this since our sales have been greatly affected. Thank you so much!

Is anyone able to assist me with this? The ASINs are kids furniture and are clearly in the wrong category now. Yet, I keep getting the following response even though everything in the detail page/images/dimensions makes it crystal clear that it is kids furniture not adult.
"product is assigned to the current category based on the detail page and how Amazon customers find products through search and browse."
Thank you!
