Lately Amazon seller support has become really bad. On the phone they are unable to answer any queries and simply keep saying we will resolve and connect back on email. Over email they send automated replies without even understanding the issue and simply share help topics to read. Earlier the support service used to really help but now they are just getting bad to worse.

Anyone else also facing similar issues?
