Legal Removal – Intellectual Property Violation
I received IP violations and my account was suspended. Under each ASIN, I am told to do one of the two options below:
"Please send any of the documents listed below for us to review:
-- A court order stating you are allowed to sell the products and hence are not violating Amazon policy for each of the listings mentioned in the deactivation notification.
-- Work directly with the rights owner who reported the violation to submit a retraction. We may only accept retractions that the rights owner submits to us directly. We do not accept forwarded or attached retractions."
As a small seller, I don't see how I would be able to get a court order, but I have contacted the rights owner. Unfortunately, I haven't received a response though. How do I get my account reactivated if the rights owner won't respond? I've already deleted my listings then asked for retractions.
I tried to send Amazon a Plan of Action (POA), but they ignore it and tell me I can only address my issue by using one of the options above.
Some sellers have said to email notice-dispute@amazon.com, but that email doesn't even work anymore!

Hello @Seller_NbJblm58izRpO,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your account deactivation.

I appreciate the information you've provided. as you mentioned these were legal removed listings, typically in these situations we can only accept a retraction from the rights owner or a court order that there is no violation.
I tried to send Amazon a Plan of Action (POA), but they ignore it and tell me I can only address my issue by using one of the options above.

We no longer accept a plan of action for most situations, this one included. Additionally, unless you were advised via performance notification to email a team direction, we will not respond. We ask all submissions go through the typically provided path to submit information.
As a small seller, I don't see how I would be able to get a court order, but I have contacted the rights owner. Unfortunately, I haven't received a response though. How do I get my account reactivated if the rights owner won't respond? I've already deleted my listings then asked for retractions.
Unfortunately I cannot offer any legal advice, but I would advise continuing to try and work with the rights owner on a resolution. If resolved externally and a retraction is received directly from the rights owner, this would resolve these situations.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
