Amazon Tax Interview issue

Hi,

I need help passing the tax interview. I know the records must match. I have a Multi Member LLC.

The EIN form has the name of the addressee as:

COMPANY_NAME LLC

MY_FIRSTNAME_LASTNAME MBR (MBR meaning Member, I suppose)

____ADDRESS LINE____

The tax interview form does not accept the name when I type COMPANY_NAME LLC in the name field, but it is accepted when I typed COMPANY_NAME LLC MY_FIRSTNAME_LASTNAME MBR; however, after a day, verification was unsuccessful.

For the second trial, I just typed COMPANY_NAME without the LLC part. It is accepted and now waiting for verification. I'm not so hopeful about the verification, though.

Am I missing something here? Should I include the "name control associated with this EIN" somewhere?

I had opened cases with the Seller support, but they do not help at all, only saying the records must match.

Any guidance will be invaluable for me!

Thank you!

Copy/paste everything into Amazon so that it matches. do NOT type it in. pull up the page that shows your EIN that you should have downloaded to your computer. Copy/paste that info into ALL other pages. if any other system does not like how something is done and you need to slightly reformat how an address looks or something, then you will need to copy/paste THAT new version of everything into everywhere else, so that ALL systems ALL have the EXACT SAME SPELLING OF EVERYTHING.

DO NOT TYPE IN ANYTHING WITH YOUR KEYBOARD. COPY AND THEN PASTE TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING MATCHES EXACTLY, LETTER FOR LETTER, NUMERAL FOR NUMERAL, SPACE FOR SPACE, PERIOD FOR PERIOD, ABBREVIATION FOR ABBREVIATION, EVERYTHING AS THE EXACT SAME. for both your business name to business name, and address of business to address of business.

ST is not the same as Street. DR is not the same as Drive. Box number is not the same as Unit number. UPPERCASE is not the same as lowercase. Abbreviations are not the same as fully spelled-out words. Capitalized First Letters are not the same as all lowercase letters. LLC (L no-period no-space L no-period no-space C no-period) is not the same as L. L. C. (L period space L period space C period) is not the same as L.L.C. (L period no-space L period no-space C period).

The Amazon system likes to pick nits. very nitpicky. Possibly the programmers all have lice so they need to pick nits off each other... I am picturing a bunch of chimpanzees sitting on office chairs near computers but turned towards each other picking lice eggs off each other. (Nit picking = pulling nits, meaning lice eggs, off of someone or something. Nitpick = find or point out minor faults in a fussy or pedantic way. Chimpanzees = the small, hairy, not yet evolved, workers that Amazon has doing all the programming...)
