Our case ID is 9184697832, and we have been struggling to get a resolution. On October 20th, 2023, we raised a case on Seller Central regarding one of our products, which was marked as "Defective Inventory." Despite our best efforts, we have not received any response from Amazon support regarding the issue. This delay is causing us significant disruption to our operations and financial losses. We have also reached out to the FC (Fulfillment Center) team at BLR8, who have confirmed that the stock is in perfect condition, supported by photo proof. However, the status of the inventory remains "Defective," and still not change it "Fulfillable" to sell to our customers.

This situation is causing us frustration and uncertainty. We rely on Amazon's fulfillment services to serve our customers, and we are unable to do so efficiently due to this issue.
