Amazon has wrongfully deactivated my account because I can't provide invoices
Its over three ASINS and 18 items total. I've sent email purchase orders from Best Buy, Walmart and Kohl's, but the Indians do not understand that Walmart doesn't provide invoices. Any ideas?

Wow-how long have you been selling on Amazon? If you did you research, you would know that RA/OA is no longer an acceptable plan on Amazon. Receipts and/or PO's from retailers are not valid invoices as they do not supply a legit supply chain. You cannot purchase from retail and sell on Amazon any longer, it doesn't work. So, in this case, the "Indians" seem to understand more than you.

@Seller_GjqfqmWViIwZC I'm thinking you are the Indian that has not a clue. No disrespect intended..... I am a new seller and I spend many hours each day reading forums and watching videos In Amazon University. And these same questions are posted endlessly in the forums. Seems to me that you have NOT researched how to sell or what you can sell on Amazon. And after reading your dilemma it's obvious you have not done any research at all. You CANNOT SELL any BRAND on Amazon without a letter FROM the BRANDS CORPORATE OFFICE and INVOICE (not receipt) making you a legal distributor who can legally sell the BRAND on Amazon. And you CANNOT get that authorization letter or INVOICE from a BRANDS retail store. It must come directly from the BRANDS CORPORATE. A "RECEIPT" from the BRANDS retail location (I.E. Amazon, Walmart, Ebay) or online for a purchase you have made "IS NOT AN INVOICE"! Nor is it legal authorization for you to then turn around and sell your purchase on Amazon. Again a retail receipt is NOT an invoice. Just because you can buy a large amount of any branded products from an online or brick and mortar store and have a RECEIPT from that purchase, that does NOT give you legal permission to sell that BRANDED product. Buying directly from Best Buy, Walmart or Kohl's and turning around and reselling it on Amazon is not a legal chain of custody nor does it give you permission to sell the Brand. Being UNGATED by Amazon allows "distributors" with a letter of authorization from "the BRANDS CORPORATE" to sell on Amazon retail marketplace. You cannot just pick a BRANDED product to sell on Amazon without being legally authorized as a distributor with a letter of authorization in hand for that brand allowing you to sell on Amazon. Everyone confuses being UNGATED with being legally authorized to sell BRANDED products on Amazon. My suggestion is to find an unbranded product to sell (tons of products from China) or create your own brand to sell on Amazon. My guess it is probably too late because you already admitted to buying your products from a retail. One last thing ....If you try to sell ANY BRANDED product on Amazon without an INVOICE NOT RECEIPT directly from the MANUFACTURER, Amazon will deactivate your selling privileges and you will NEVER and I seriously mean NEVER be allowed to sell anything on Amazon again. Your money will be seized and your inventory if in FBA will also be seized and you will not get either back.

I recommend reviewing Amazon's sourcing guidelines in Amazon University.
Amazon requires invoices or Letters of Authenticity from the brand to prove that an item is not a counterfeit. Retail receipts are no longer accepted for this.
You may be able to accept the fault for the counterfeit and get your account unsuspended. It depends on your volume and the age of your account.

Your answer is included in your question: Best Buy, Walmart and Kohls do not provide invoices. You cannot sell branded items without invoices. Indians understand this perfectly.
