Help! 1 star rate and Negative Review
Hello Amazon Team,
Got 0 help from Amazon support, Reported reviews over 50 times, send emails to community email, made Reports through Account Health .
We keep getting negative reviews from competitors and getting desperate , from 5.0 rating and 100+ sales to 10 sales and 3.7 rating and in couple of days fell to the bottom of the search cause everytime our rating goes above 4 stars very next day we get 1 star with or without review, or right before Prime Sale we are getting 1 star , also i found out that our customers are trying to leave review that Amazon flags or doesnt post due to "health claims". Also ads are sky rocketing and i end up in huge loss and not profitable at all! At this point I"m about to just to stop selling on Amazon . how to fight it? how to keep your products from fake reviews ? what to do ? Any tips ?

I am writing to request the removal of a recent 1-star review for our product, TRULIFE NATURALS Melatonin, posted by user “Alex Ortega” on November 5, 2024. The review (quoted below) contains language that violates Amazon’s Community Guidelines:
“Total scam. I try out this 50mg melatonin. It is another Chinese failure sold by amazon. … Definitely I stay a way from tru life natural.”
Reason for Removal Request:
1. Hateful or Harassing Content
The phrase “another Chinese failure” is disrespectful and targets a specific national origin in a derogatory manner, violating Amazon’s policy against hateful or harassing content.
2. Misleading Information
The reviewer mentions that the product “clearly says eligible for return” but states it is not eligible for return. Per Amazon’s policy, certain dietary supplements are indeed not eligible for returns. Despite this, we have already issued the customer a full refund to ensure complete resolution on our end.

Please note that by directly reporting the review on the product page and opening cases with seller support won't help. But there is a way to initiate the investigation.
Follow these steps.
1: Go to the "Account Health" Page
2: Click on "Report Abuse" which can be found on the top left.
3: Select the last option "Another seller account is attempting to harm my business"
4: Fill out the form and submit it.
