Trying to opt out of easy ship but no success
My orders are by default going to easy ship, inspite of selecting SELF-SHIP. Can anyone help please?
Have written to the customer care several times through emails, chats. They send a link to opt out of easy ship, filled that form too atleast 4 times, but nothing is working.
If they cannot align executives to pick the orders, then why even bother to automatically divert orders to easy ship. If you see my self ship history, we have dispatched all orders same day.
Getting really disappointed.

That form is of no help. Follow this:
1. You need to opt in for "Selected Self Ship". In your shipping settings, scroll down to the end. You'll find it there.
2. Then you need to fill in the shipping template for selected self ship. Fill in all the pincodes that you'll be shipping to.
3. You can choose both easy ship and self ship by selecting easy ship prime, if you want prime badge for your products. If you are frustrated with easy ship and want to opt out of it completely, dont select prime. However you will get more business if you choose both.
4. Lastly, don't forget to change the shipping template of all your listings by changing the shipping template. By default, this is set to migrated template. You need to change to "Selected self ship template"
Hope this helps...Changing to selected self ship helped me a lot and reduced a lot of losses due to fraudulent easy ship orders.
