Identify as Brand Owner
I woke up this morning to find out that Amazon no longer recognizes me as the brand owner for my brand which I own all the Intellectual Property and have everything Trademarked. I am and have always been the only brand owner. Now they are wanting me to prove I am the Brand owner. Anyone have experience with this?

Could you elaborate on this issue just a bit? I do see you as the Admin & Rights Owner for your brand on my end! Did you receive some sort of communication from us about this? Any information will help!

I have been suffering from same problem for a month now. I called account health team and seller support several times. They fixed problem but after couple hours my listings are deactivated because of trademark misuse. I own the brand and sent them my registration several time. Noone could help me and i dont know what to do.

Did you submit proof of your trademark when you created your brand registry?
I run my amazon account from my LLC., and my llc also owns both trademarks registered through the USPTO which i also submitted proof when I created both brands.
