Order Report -> Unshipped Order Date Range

Hello,

We are trying to fulfill FBM Orders dating back further than 4 months due to preorders however when we download the order report it only shows orders within in the last 4 months with no option to select a date range.

How can we download the order report .csv file with the complete unshipped orders?

I don't believe you can ... not that I've been aware of for years ... and you have violated Amazon policy on Preorders.

Note:

  • You should set up back-ordering and pre-ordering on a product when it meets the following criteria:
  • The product can be shipped within 30 days.
  • The product is not Fulfilled by Amazon.
  • The product is not BMVD (Books, Media, Video and DVD) since these products need to be shipped within two business days of the order confirmation date.

ALTHOUGH ... in checking I see I'm able to generate a Jan 2024 report but can only do 1 month at a time using the "Exact Dates"
