Do I need to register GST number in each state to use FCs from other states.
Hi,
I am currently doing FBA for shipping. Using FC centers in Maharashtra state, with a GST number. Now I want to add 2 more FCs. Do I need to get a GST number in other states too.
GST consultant said, it was needed early. But now its not needed. I can use same GST number and just add additional business address in other state.
Some guidance will help. I am new seller.

Yes. You need new GST Number for every state where you want to use FBA.
