i am a new seller, who is selling products for past 6 month. Now i am facing the issue for Easy ship weight mismatch. I don't know why they are charging me this much amount which is around 1k per day for past 2 days. As per the customer support team it was charged for the period of march month. We are listed the product with correct weight and dimensions, but how ever they charged this much amount. We are the start-up if we loose 1k per day then the only option for us to close this business. This is totally unfair. Not i lost the hope about that money will not be returned by Amazon. I thought this platform will help the business to grow more but not that is not happening. They charged us for everything which is like refund charges, high platform fee, referal fee and in the name of (Other fee)
