Selling Brand Products without Brand Invoice.

Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out for help because my account has been deactivated due to an error made by my VA. He mistakenly sold FBM brand products without providing proper invoices. I currently don’t have a solution to resolve this issue, and I'm really in need of guidance

If anyone has advice or experience with similar situations, please let me know. Thank you so much.

You can TRY to write an appeal where you fall on your sword, admit the violations, tell Amazon what you have ALREADY DONE (start with firing the VA) and promise that YOU will take over your account management yourself.

Search the Forum for all of the posts about this issue.

The odds of a reinstatement are small to none.

Find the suspension notice and POST THAT (the ENTIRE thing) but remove all personal information first.

Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.

If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.

Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?

NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.
