Yes.We are welcoming to discuss with the management. I already proposed for linking Aadhar and PAN to the amazon account.So, Buyer as well as seller with good intention will purchase/sell in any online platforms. They are scammers (in an organised group level) finding the loop holes in the online business.Phone number and mail id for one account is utter waste.Once account get blocked or suspend, the buyer opens new account with new phone number and email id. For seller, we are already linking our GST or PAN details to the account.

So Amazon has to consider this suggestion strongly.

Yes, they are giving preference only to buyers. Some of my products are getting returned with different items.

Also, my amount of around 6 lac was held by Amazon in the USA marketplace because it is deactivated. When they came for the interview, they said I had given them the wrong information, and they held the money. I am struggling to settle vendor payments.

Kindly please help me, anyone...

Totally agreed.

Customers gets their products and ask for refund and thereafter they refused to return the products and Amazon initiates refund without seller confirmation.

At the end of the day only seller suffers, Customer gets to have their money back and product and Amazon gets shipping fees.

Sellers should have some command because we are giving them business as well.
