Brand Registry (Proof of Manufacturer Relationship)
I am extremely confused about what exactly is required to provide proof of relationship to a manufacturer. I have multiple invoices regarding samples I purchased from the manufacturer, so that shouldn't be an issue. What is really confusing is what exactly a proof of arrangement means?
Every Amazon rep on here continues to talk about a Letter of Authorization in relation to this issue, but I'm not authorizing a third party to sell my products, I'M selling the products as I own my own trademark/brand!
If any Amazon rep sees this, can you please tell me in no uncertain terms what is required EXACTLY from a "proof of manufacturer" document? What does my manufacturer need to say in the document? What do I need to say in the document? Do I need to sign the document? Does my manufacturer need to sign the document? Does an image of my brand need to be in the document?
I would really like to put up my listing but am very anxious about submitting an application only to be rejected and have months of waiting wasted.

What is even more frustrating is that my manufacturer also sells to others who have brands on Amazon, and has never had to do this before so has no idea what to give me! It seems my account is getting targeted in this process to give extra documentation...

my experience is as a small manufacturer. I submitted invoices from component suppliers showing my company name and address. I submitted one domestic, one Taiwanese, and one Chinese supplier of my parts. My brand registry was approved very quickly.

Unless you manufacture your brand from scratch, they want to see who you purchase the product from.

If you select "I have an agreement, contract or relationship with a third-party manufacture" you will be asked to upload a proof of arrangement between your brand and the third-party manufacturer. Providing this documentation is required.
What Brand Registry and Amazon is looking in this document is written proof in which the manufacture states that they manufacture the majority of all the products under your brand name. We look for this agreement/statement between you and the manufacture, check if the brand name matches your application, manufacture names, addresses, contact information..etc, and signature by both parties.

You mentioned here that your invoices are from Alibaba. If your manufacture is Alibaba, please contact them to see if they can create this agreement document with you.
