I won't sell until summer, do I have to put the store on vacation mode
I never sold anything on this account, and I have to focus on my education for four or five months. Do I have to put my Amazon store on vacation mode? My account was deactivated, and three days ago, it was fixed, but Amazon made my account inactive when I didn't make any sales even for three days.
If I don't put my store on vacation mode, it will cause a problem

Three days without sales is OF COURSE no reason to deactivate your account. there is some other reason and Amazon sent you an email explaining the reasons. So, now you can't sell in any way and it's not necessary to put your "store" on vacation mode.
Just be aware that your pain will begin if finally you decide to sell on Amazon. THEN you have to reactivate your account by adressing the violation that caused the deactivation. It's preferable to do it now in order to have an account ready to work on. But- if you don't intend to sell it will be deactivated again after a certain time of inactivity. of course it's easier to reactivate a suspended for inactivity account than reactivate a suspended for a violation account.
