Received a removal order for another seller

I opened a case with customer service months ago after having received 98 units of an item that were from another seller's removal order. I was charged $95.06 for shipping these items even though I have nothing to do with them. I did not sell them, I did not order them, I did not create a removal order. I have nothing to do with this other than having received four packages I was charged to have shipped to me. I have explained this situation a handful of times to Amazon including sending photos and providing all the relevant info they asked for. No one is able to help. They simply don't understand the issue even though it is not complicated. I don't think they actually read my responses in the case log. They are asking for information unrelated to this case and close the case for no reason. I keep reopening it because it's not resolved but then they start over asking the same irrelevant questions. I don't know what else to do but I'd like to get reimbursed for the shipping since I had nothing to do with these being sent to me. I also don't know what to do with 98 units of a lip scrub. Why can't Amazon actually read what my issue is and respond appropriately. I simply don't understand.

Sadly that is the norm for Amazon Non-Support. Sorry you're going through this. You might try getting a rep on the phone instead of using email support. I have better luck with that usually, but even though you can get someone to actually understand the issue that way, a lot of times they say they have to create a case and pass it to the appropriate team which then just responds with nonsense and closes the case. Good luck.

Meanwhile there is someone else getting shorted on their receiving and getting charged a low inventory fee for not having enough of them in stock.
