Non Returnbale Product

Hello Everyone ,

I am a incense sticks seller but whenever I list my product in amazon.in they will be shown 10 days returnable so Any idea for resolve this query because products are non returnable.

Hi,

When you mentioned products are non-returnable, you mean that you do not want to take return? or amazon have incense stick in non returnable category?

One cannot decide his/her product to be returnable or non returnable, amazon is a decision maker.

This is a technical glitch in the portal. The same thing happened to me in my early days. I am a COSCO male innerwear manufacturer and seller. Innerwear comes under a non-returnable policy. But for the first month, it shows under 10 days return. I had to keep my product out of stock. I contacted Amazon seller support. They agreed about the issue & confirmed to me that it would be corrected & reflected in a few days. After a month, it finally reflected& I put up stock. But once it is solved, never face the issue again in future listings.

Reach out to Amazon Seller Support over a call. I had a similar experience, and the Amazon associate addressed and solved this issue within 4 hours.

Don't worry about the return policy if your product is in the non-returnable category than after getting your first order for that particular ASIN, the return policy will change to non-returnable.
