Wrong weight handling charges for shipments
Another level of cheating is happing on Amazon platform in the name of weight and dimension Audit. We were charged shipping cost Rs 313.88 for a product cost of Rs 499. The weight of the product is less than 500 gms of which wrong weight of 6 kg was charged. When we raised issue for this claw back with all image proof, Amazon silently closes the case without any reply or justification. They are simply doing cheating with small sellers to increase their profits.
We somehow caught this false practice by Amazon otherwise we will never be able to know this deductions in the name of "other" in our account.
No resolution yet after raising many tickets as they are not willing to give our hard-earned money back. Sadly, to say Amazon is becoming unreliable day by day.

Kindly do continuous follow-up with the seller support team and submit images showing product and packing dimension and weight .

Same thing was also happened with me, In the name of Weight dimensions audit Amazon just deduct hard earned money as claw back without any valid reasons. After giving proofs for weight & dimensions they are asking for various ridiculous information. Only 250 gm weight is charged as 2 kg and deduct money.

Yes, we are also facing the same issue, and to correct that the process is vey lenthy, no seller have that much time to submit the proof, the best way is to stop selling the product which show higher shipping cost

After multiple attempts to contact seller support for this cheating they are not willing to give our money back , we provided all required images and details and even ask them that we can also provide video of packing with weight and dimension but they are saying they can't do anything as their is another team which they cannot contact directly. Their internal team is now closing the cases without replying back. After paying heavy fees for the courier service and commission , they have taken our product amount and profit also.
