I am having the exact same issue and would like help. I have opened many cases with seller support with phone calls and messages but they have not been able to help.

Someone hijacked and changed the brand name to my listing and then quickly enrolled the ASIN in the transparency program. The brand name that stole my listing is "ahishfoneya".

Now I am unable to sell any of MY OWN product under my OWN BRAND, since Jan 13, 2024.

I was successful in changing the brand name back on the listing to the original after 1.5 months but now the ASIN is still enrolled in the transparency program with the brand "ahishfoneya". The brand "ahishfoneya" is the hijackers and are not the brand owner, how can it still be registered?

This product should not be enrolled in transparency. According to the transparency program, only the brand's right owner can enroll the products with the correct brand name.
