It's been six months since we launched on Amazon. Initially, we received five orders, but unfortunately, they were canceled because the Amazon pickup person didn't come to collect the orders. Consequently, our cancellation rate skyrocketed to 100%. I raised a ticket, and they reimbursed the cancellation charges. However, there has been no activity on my account since then. Despite my attempts to contact seller support, they have been unhelpful and haven't provided any resolution. I also launched a campaign 15 days ago, but there has been no spending. I'm unsure of what the issue is with my account.

If the easy ship pickup person did not come then you need to meet the people from nearest Amazon warehouse in your region. Get a few pick up boys phone numbers there. Then the next time an order comes call them and ask them to come. Try not to bribe etc, because once you enter that trap, you are stuck forever. Instead just tell them to please not ignore your pickups. And why don't they come for pickup, it is simply because adding you to their router may not make sense. Since finally they are employees too. And if adding you to their route means they have to work extra hours, no one will do it.
Other option is FBA, but be very very very careful before switching to FBA. because if your product category falls under the regional discoverability program, then automatically your products will be invisible outside 300kms from your FBA center. It will only be visible near your FBA warehouse and not beyond.
It's a catch 22 situation. But yes you will have to work much harder than before to sell on Amazon. It was inevitable since there are so many sellers now. The value of each seller drops as more sellers are onboarded.

Build a good advertising campaign, you may have to burn a lot initially for creating product visibility.
If you want to make it big, try to higher a good third party Amazon SPN just of Sponsored Products and Listing Optimization. But make sure to higher an ethical and professional SPN. More than 90% of third party service providers are waste of money and time.
Instead you can just keep your prices very low in the beginning instead of spending thousands on ads. This way you can gain visibility too when you will start receiving good orders due to lower prices and then very slowly and gradually increase the prices.
