Brand registry rejected

Hopefully someone can help me, I've had my brand registry rejected twice for abusive conduct. No one has been abused nor any rules been abused, and my account is new this is a brand new seller account, never used in any way, i've never sold anything on Amazon, ive spent money on an attorney in the US to get this done for me, as well as having my product getting manufactured right now, so to get this unexpected, unexplained hurdle is perplexing to say the least, and also i appeal regarding this issue due to my mistake unfortunately my appeal was also rejected please its a humble request to you that give me another way to apply for appeal or brand application hopefully someone can reach out and give me guidance i have attatched all messages please help me guyz
