Amazon appreciation post
We have all been pretty critical of amazon in the discussions, but let us take a moment to appreciate them for the good stuff they are doing.
- No other courier refunds the shipping charge in case of orders rejected by customers. Amazon does that.
- Customer trust: People love shopping on Amazon as they know the company is customer-centric. This brings in more orders.
- Unified shipping charges across the country, in the recent shipping charges update. This has been a blessing for a small seller like us as courier partners charge more than double and speed post of India post charges almost 1.5 times the easy ship charges.
- Amazon easy ship has a very high delivery rate in comparison to other courier partners.
- Zero referral fee across plenty of products if the selling price is <300, what a wonderful change.
One suggestion from us to Amazon is, handle RTO orders carefully. A lot of times, the RTO orders are damaged and are in no condition to be dispatched to another customer.
Agreed, there are many fronts in which amazon can improve, but overall, the experience has been pretty much solid for us.

1. Flipkkart also does not charge for courier return. Amazon charges double of shipping charges for customer return.
2. Amazon has reduced commission because of competition.

they unified shipping charges for self ship sellers and removed referral fees which is a good things for people using easy ship but on the other hand they increased closing fee from 5rs to 50 rs for self ship sellers

Appreciation for the following reasons:
1. Supporting Selective Vendors or Brands
2. New Brand with GREAT INTENT WANTS TO GET ESTABLISHED, BUT BEING OVERLOOKED
3. No internal team supports
4. Despite maintaining reviews and timely dispatches, you are not being prioritised by AMAZON
5. Run ADS to generate money for AMAZON, but we get hardly any sales.
6. High Quality Products at a Lower price than competitors, but AZ team will not support.

8. Amazon actually giving sleepless nights i have 400+ units of Inventory and daily sale of 1-2 unit by this logic it will take me 200-300 days to finish it.
