SAFE-T claim- order number not valid
I am trying to open a SAFE-T claim for an order, but I keep getting an error message that the order number is not valid. I have tried to enter the tracking number, but get the same message.
We were contacted by the customer about an issue with the product and sent a replacement. The customer then returned the original product to Amazon and received a full refund.
Please advise.
