Condition Type for SKU is Invalid

Why do I keep getting this message? I put NEW and same message appears. I leave it blank and same message. I even downloaded the category specific spreadsheet with of all my listings and upload it and the same message appears. Seller support is no help, always just get a generic answer.

"The ConditionType for SKU is invalid. See the Data Definitions tab of your inventory template for valid ConditionType options. For more details, see https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G24681"

Same problem here. 2 weeks and I still get this error message. Ive done every work around and instructions from support. Then they want a file upload number. I give it to them and they say they can't help because its a third party file, ummm what? Its the file I downloaded from Amazon to upload the products. I feel like if they don't have the answer they just ask irrelevant questions or tell you to do something you have already told them you have done.

Good Evening @Seller_1FQwRvgQEPHJg & @Seller_VnwICARmIz18F, I wanted to check in with you both to see if you were still having issues regarding the error message you are receiving around the "Condition Type for SKU is invalid?"

It sounds like you both have been in touch with Selling Partner Support and spoke with them about this concern. Can you please provide me with the associated case ID so I can investigate this issue further?

Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from you both soon. Have a great weekend! Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
