No instructions were provided for "in person verification process"
I opened a support ticket because I cannot upgrade from personal to professional. The ticket was closed with the response:
"In this case we request you to under go the In Person verification process to upgrade your seller account. "
No instructions were provided on how to initiation this process. Has this verification process already started, or is there something additional I need to do? I completed all verification steps I could find on the console, including my EIN and uploading pictures of my ID.
