Purchasing from retailers under my personal legal Entity Name
As a non-U.S. resident, I intend to register an LLC in the United States to purchase from wholesalers and authorized brands. But also will intent to buy from online known retailers.
I understand My Amazon legal entity name will be my personal name, as I will be the sole member of my LLC, which will be taxed as a disregarded entity. Is this correct?
My situation is:
If I buy online from retailers to sell on my Amazon Account the receipts or invoices might be under my personal legal Entity Name . Will Amazon be able to link those purchase receipts or invoices with the information on my Amazon account, since my Amazon legal entity name will be my personal name, as I will be the sole member of my LLC?

Your legal entity is no problem, but the fact that you want to buy from retailers. That is not accepted. If you want to sell brands you need:
1. A "Letter of Authorization" from the brand allowing you to sell their brand on Amazon.
2. INVOICE (not receipt) from an authorized distributor. An invoice is a document with your name and address, exactly how you registered it in your seller account under "Legal Entity" and "Official Registered Address". And an authorized distributor is a company authorized by the brand owner. If you buy on the WEBSITE of a brand, you get a receipt and not an invoice.
