Returns Quality Check Fraud Issue
Hello Friends,
My all returns courier and customers are being opened by the delivery hub. A black tape is applied on the packets are we are receiving wrong items. Safe-t Claim is also getting rejected and blocked due to this. If any one had faced same issue and got solution for it please help.

Yes local ATS guys tamper and replace packages often because they know Amazon will not take an action. Amzn does not care actually about returns so much. Most ATS folks run side business of selling Returns in second-hand markets, inc the hub supervisors.
Solution is to get hold of the delivery guy. Build a relation with him so they don't muck with your package. And at the same time be threatening enough so they know you will action if they tamper or replace your items.
Other way is to go to the hub itself if your items are valuable, and pick it yourself on same day as your get message about arrival at hub.
Note contacting seller customer care will not help usually as Amzn India cust care is totally broken in last 1 year or so.

Yes Frauds Happening . Different items coming..whats the point of opening such packs.???
