Unable to get prompt support on investigation & compensation on financial losses due to unauthorized FBA listing price manipulation fraud

We are reaching out as advised by @AmazonHelp, as we have not received any prompt or satisfactory response regarding the fraudulent price manipulation on our FBA-listed products. Refer Case ID: 10908343012, 10907211652

Our products were purchased at 80% less than our listed price, causing us huge financial losses. We reported this issue over two weeks ago, yet Amazon has:

1.Failed to investigate and provide transparency on how this unauthorized price manipulation occurred.

2.Denied us access to crucial details required to file a cyber fraud complaint.

3.Not offered any reimbursement for losses caused due to a potential system glitch or security loophole that enabled this fraud.

4.Not provided any assurance or preventive measures to stop this from happening again, putting our account security at risk.

This lack of response is unacceptable. We demand an immediate resolution and full reimbursement for the losses incurred due to Amazon’s system vulnerabilities.

Please escalate this matter and provide a fastest possible resolution.
