Call Me Now feature not working

I have been trying for months to use the call me now feature to speak with an account health specialist. I have tried everything I know of to get it to work and consistently fails. The forums seems to be filled with these complaints but have yet to see a successful resolution. Not sure how this has not been fixed unless there is no specialist department.

You may have one time blocked them as spam or robo call. Clear your list or add Amazons phone number to your phonebook. You should always remove the spam filter when your expecting an inbound from a call center.

I do understand you are running into issues with the call me now button and connecting with the Account Health Support team.

If you have not already, please try the following basic trouble-shooting steps:

  • Clear cookies and caches.
  • Disable any running scripts.
  • Logout from all Amazon account Sellers and buyers.
  • Restart the browser.
  • Try calling from a different browser.
  • Try using incognito mode of browser for calling
  • Check for internet connectivity issue and if possible use a different service provider.

As @Seller_h6yoKUamdWsr6 stated, please ensure there is no spam-blocking application enabled on your phone.

Please let us know if any of these resolve the issue for you. If they do not, I will forward your information to the account health support team for them to try and contact you.
