$39.99 every month - is it billed on the same day every month?
Hello. We just started our account and were immediately hit with the $39.99 fee when we got our first product listed. For the sake of my question, let's say it was February 26.
Does that mean my next $39.99 payment will be on March 26? And then April 26?
Or do they standardize after your first payment and charge you on the 1st or 15th of the month?

The short answer here is the above is correct. The below example is pulled from this resource on the monthly subscription fee.
Fee example
If you enroll in a Professional selling plan on January 15, you will be charged $39.99 on that date. You will continue to be charged $39.99 each month on that same day of the month.
I wanted to also share this selling plan comparison link that goes over the features and benefits of each of the two selling plans. You can downgrade and upgrade at anytime which would take effect on your next billing cycle. This link walks you through how to downgrade to Individual should you find that plan more attractive currently. It is very easy to do!
