Vacation Mode Not Turning Off Even After Multiple Attempts – Listings Still Show “Currently Unavailable”
Hi everyone,
I’m facing a frustrating issue with my Amazon seller account.
I was previously inactive for some reason and account went to Vacation Mode automatically , but now I’ve turned it off by setting my listings back to Active under Settings > Account Info > Vacation Settings. I’ve done this over 100 times, double-checked every step, and even waited over 24 hours for changes to take effect. Despite this:
My store is marked as IN-Active
All marketplaces are set to Active
I’m the primary account holder
I’ve cleared my cache and tried different browsers
Still, all my listings are showing "Currently unavailable", and nothing is going live. I’ve also verified that I have inventory and that the listings are not suppressed or inactive manually.
What could be causing this? Is this a bug in Seller Central or some hidden account restriction I’m not seeing?
I have contacted amazon support team too , however they are neither resolving the issue nor gibing any time line to reslove.
Any help or advice from other sellers or Amazon staff would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
