I recently had a problem checking my upload method. I had to replace the Mastercard credit card number in the charge method since the previous number had expired. After updating my charging method to new cards, there is still a problem checking my card status and the charging method is showing as invalid. kindly help amazon seller support

In fact, don't worry too long, I also met the same situation as you, I updated the payment method, about two days. To show that the account is normal,

I think there might be a delay in Amazon's system

The same issue just happened to me. I have been using the same card for years and there are no issues with the card. I was told to re-enter the card information, which I did, and now they say it can take up to 2 days to verify!!!! Once again Amazon seller customer service is useless...

Are you getting any help? I think enough people are experiencing this to launch a class action lawsuit against Amazon. I have contacted Amazon every day since 4/7 and even had Discover on a three way call between me and Amazon to assure them my card is valid and valid internationally and all charges have been approved. If someone knows a good lawyer we should proceed.
