We are selling professional skin care products in Amazon and orders are cancelled once ready to dispatch and if customer ask regarding cancellation Amazon answer is seller not able to fulfill the order .Why Amazon doing so we still not understanding the point.If Amazon Logistics not able to ship ,can assign shipment to seller self shipment so seller can send the order,Amazon should not cancel the order with our reason
