Bonjour Tout le monde,
J'ai un client qui a annulé sa commande alors que le produit a bien été livré, il est censé le recevoir dans 3 jours. Est ce que ça vous ets déjà arrivé ? Si oui est ce qu'il y a un moyen ce contester cette annulation ?
La client va recevoir mon produit gratuitement, je pers dans les 2 sens

Translation:
"Hello everybody, I have a customer who cancelled his order even though the product was delivered, he is supposed to receive it in 3 days. Has this ever happened to you? If so, is there a way to challenge this cancellation? The customer will receive my product for free, I pay both ways"
Buyers can cancel or return items without giving a reason. You cannot refuse a return unless the item is handmade/personalised or for hygiene reasons (earrings).
As this is classed as a "change of mind" return, you should accept the return but the buyer has to pay the return postage.

The customer would not be able to cancel the order if you had already shipped it. Did he contact you to say he didn't want it ? You need to tell him to open a return request.
