Unable to Turn OFF Vacation Mode Even After Multiple Attempts – Listings Still Show “Currently Unavailable”

Hi everyone,

I’m facing a frustrating issue with my Amazon seller account.

I am trying to turn off vacation mode . I’ve done this over 100 times, double-checked every step, and even waited over 24 hours for changes to take effect. Despite this:

I am marking my store as IN-Active but it is automatically revertig back to inactive.

Still, all my listings are showing "Currently unavailable", and nothing is going live.

What could be causing this? Is this a bug in Seller Central or some hidden account restriction I’m not seeing?

I have contacted amazon support team too , however they are neither resolving the issue nor gibing any time line to reslove.

Any help or advice from other sellers or Amazon staff would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
