Amazon saying i am not offering tracking info

Hi, I am not using FBA to deliver the parcel to the buyer. How can Amazon use the tracking information I provided for the order to track the shipment of the order when we choose other logistics to deliver the parcel to the buyer?

Are you putting a tracking number in the system when you dispatch the item?

Which courier/carrier company are delivering your parcels? How are you marking your parcels when you are dispatching them? as Amazon makes it clear that you should enter a carrier from the drop-down list or enter a valid Carrier Name. Also for the delivery service, "Please select a delivery service name from the drop-down list or enter a valid delivery service name".

Which carrier are you using ? You need to be sure that you choose the correct carrier from the dropdown and the service you are using, and input the tracking number correctly when you confirm shipment.

(just for info - if you happen to use Yodel, then it is the number under the barcode that you must input, NOT the YOD****** tracking number - Amazon does not recognise that.

If you use Amazon 'Buy Shipping then you have no need to worry about any of it as Amazon automatically update the info when you purchase your shipping label.
