Night Cream Moisturizer Inccorrectly Labled as Skin Whitening Product by Amazon
Hello everyone-
I've received a safety compliance issue that claimed our night cream moisturizer was a skin whitening or lightening product - its not. The product ingredients don't contain items such mercury or derivatives - I wouldn't include those for a product that my mother uses.
I've appealed the classification and verified that the page and images do not have any terms that market the product as such. Furthermore, I've attached an image of the box and ingredients for reference incase there's something I missed. Looking to do whatever it takes to be compliant.
Questions:
1). How long does it usually take Amazon to review a safety compliance issues that are identified as "not applicable" to the product class?
2). Any additional recommendations as to what steps we can take to assist on this issue and avoid this issues going forward?
