Cant login to my account - not received OTP sms code.

hi

I have Issue with the Two-step verification otp code.

From the 12th April i not received the otp code by sms.

Because that i not have any access to my account (use the the phone app?

Its bug from Amazon side. Many Israeli with Israeli phone providers not received the OTP code by sms or by phone call.

I know about 30 amazon seller with this issue right now. (In israeli amazon groups)

Please help with this issue. We cant login to amazon.

Ita critical bug.

Connor from Amazon here, I do not see an issue with our text messaging services on my end.

Since this is impacting other sellers in your country that can be related to an mobile operator(s) issues, such as outages or filters set in place that limit you from receiving the OTP.

You will need to reach out to your mobile operator directly to see if they are experiencing any issues or you can try contacting seller support for alternative way to receive the OTP.

I had a similar problem a couple of months ago in the US. It turned out that my cellphone cache was too full. After I cleaned that, I started to receive the OTP code again. Having said that, get the Google Authenticator instead. It works much better than getting the OTP through your text.

I had a similar problem a couple of months ago in the US. It turned out that my cellphone cache was too full. After I cleaned that, I started to receive the OTP code again. Having said that, get the Google Authenticator instead. It works much better than getting the OTP through your text.
