Report a violation
Another seller has created listings for my brand registered brand's products under their own brand name. They do not use our brand name in any of the text of their listing, but they do use the registered trademarked model name owned by our brand. The listing shows our product image as the main image where the branding is visible, but the quality of the image is very low and the branding is blurry enough to not be readable. Our products are patented and model names are trademarked.
This seller has created several listings for our products under their own brand. I have tried several different ways to report them, but my complaints are all automatically dismissed.
What is the best way to report a violation so that it actually gets reviewed and not just automatically dismissed?

I'm going to take your case to a internal team for further review. These cases I will raise will be related to ASINs on case 16616017371 and 15389756841.
I see that ASIN [removed ASIN info] which was reported through 15275787041 and 15229705451 is no longer on active. I cannot escalate unless there is an active ASIN.
Once I have more information I will notify you here. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for investigation.

I have come to feel that reporting ANYTHING on Amazon is a complete waste of time and for us if the issue is real and listing related we have better outcome pushing that item to other markets that way we know that item will never have any issues aging that we need to address and we know time is money. Like all these listings that appear weekly with descriptions deleted and suppressed to us that means run for these listings as they will never sell.

The internal teams I escalated to have taken appropriate actions on ASINs [removed ASIN info] , and we have sent the infringing sellers appropriate communication. Please allow up to 24 hours for the changes to fully reflect.
