Amazon seller account deactivated for no clear reason

Dear Amazon Seller Central Team,

I am writing to complain about the deactivation of my Amazon seller account on 18-Oct-2023. My account was deactivated for no apparent reason, and I have been unable to start selling on Amazon since then.

I have contacted Amazon Seller Central support multiple times to inquire about the deactivation of my account, but I have not received a satisfactory explanation. I have been told that my account was deactivated due to a "violation of Amazon's policies", but I have not been told which specific policy I violated.

I am very frustrated by this situation, as it is causing me significant financial hardship. I am unable to sell any products on Amazon, and I am wasting time every day.

I am requesting that Amazon Seller Central immediately reinstate my account. .

"our Amazon selling account has been deactivated in accordance with Section 3 of the Business Solutions Agreement. Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement can be found here.

after this i was face a virtual video call and resulted My account was deactivated on 18-Oct-2023 for unknown reason. (according email " we believe that your account may have been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners and our store. As a result, your account will not be reactivated.")

I have contacted Amazon Seller Central support multiple times to inquire about the deactivation of my account, but I have not received a satisfactory explanation.

I am wasting time every day that my account is deactivated.

I also submitted more then more documents, but amazon did not proper reply.

i corrected my mistakes during registration about bank details but amazon still not re activate.

I am requesting that Amazon Seller Central immediately reinstate my account. I am eager to continue selling on Amazon.

Post your original notice, the whole thing (removing personal date).

Demanding Amazon to reinstate your account will get you nowhere.

Sorry to hear about your situation. I'm in the same boat as you. What's worse is they have my inventory and won't even release it. I can't get any kind of help.

I went through a very similar situation. The first 4 months of having an amazon seller account I couldn't do anything (which cost me well over $3000 in amazon, legal, and related expenses). Before anyone can help you though, there needs to be a clear explanation of how you violated section 3 of the seller agreement. I didn't realize myself when I went through the same thing what the reason was until maybe 3 months into my issue. It turned out to be due to having global accounts that were not able to verify my identity. You need to find the original notification that they sent to your on the performance notifications tab explaining how you violated section 3. Until you do that you will likely keep wasting your time speaking to a brick wall. Believe me I know what it feels like. I am still a little bitter from spending $2000 just for a lawyer to help me understand the situation more clearly.

I recommend once you find out what the original notification says, doing a lot of research both on amazon seller forums and independently on the web. You may even want to check out my profile to see my forum posts if you happen to have the exact issue as I did. Dealing with violation of section 3 of the business agreement seems like it can be the end of the world, but there are many resources for you to get through this. Keep pushing through brother, hope this helps.
