Lost buy box 3 weeks ago
Levi_Amazon, Michelle_Amazon, Cooper_Amazon It is now three weeks since I lost the buy box. I have a professional seller account and have been selling on amazon for 21 years with excellent metrics. I have posted you about losing the buy box but I have to start a new discussion because those posts have been blocked for me to reply to. My sales have dropped 90%. I have been asked to be patient but can someone give me an answer as to when the buy box will be reinstated. Thank you

I am still wondering why I lost the featured eligibility/buy box. I lost the buy box for 20 days in January/feb 2024. I have lost the buy box 4 times last year with excellent metrics and no issues. post.
