What is this in relation to? Seller Fulfilled Prime?

Assue for SFP?
You have to choose a Saturday, or a Sunday, but do not have to choose both.
You can alter maximum times on each day, and have DPD as a later time.
You can also use the Tick Box for the Preferred Courier, but if DPD do not deliver to that postcode, then Amazon unfortunately still make you ship using one of the other couriers, which is sometimes an issue!
You must still get the parcel sent that day, which is usually do-able to get scanned, the problem is not all the other couriers will collect that day. Therefore, ensure the other couriers to the earliest part of the day, and ship that day using either Royal Mail, or Evri. Get the parcel scanned, so you ship on time. If the courier does not then deliver on time, that is not your problem.
Most not using DPD will be unusual postcodes like Channel Islands, etc, so a 2-day delivery, so may still arrive on time. If you have a lot of delivery defects can be the only problem.
I have tried to only use DPD as well, but seems impossible. If to a Postcode they do not deliver to, really Amazon should then only show as a Standard Shipping, but they don't. I have asked SS and get the usual rubish replies.
Any Mods can get this resolved?

Hello @Seller_Wr792QM9l7MFe,
As @Seller_IQo80d99W2DzP correctly mentioned for Seller Fulfilled Prime orders:
You can find more information on how to adjust your operating days here:
Order fulfilment settings- >Operating Days
I see that @Seller_IQo80d99W2DzP shared some advice regarding the carrier options as well.
@Seller_IQo80d99W2DzP, Can you share the case ID with Seller Support? I would like to review it to better understand the situation that you are dealing with.
Regards,
Sakura
