Stop amazon from issuing return label
Ive called and tried to get Amazon from issuing return labels as my label to return items is cheaper. Amazon won't even let me know that an Item is being returned until its shipped. Some of my items cost less than what amazon forced me to pay after the item is sent back. How do I stop Amazon from forcing me to use there shipping when I should be allowed to use my own. I get that Amazon is just trying to get there hand in cookie jar in more ways that sales, but i feel forcing a seller to use their service isn't right when my shipping labels are a fraction of the cost. Hopefully there is a class action lawsuit against them forcing us to use their service when its not cost effective or not what is best for our business.

Hello @Seller_vGSDgY9CFr13G- and thanks for creating this thread.
It is true that Amazon provides buyers with prepaid return shipping labels on your behalf through Buy Shipping services. US sellers are automatically enrolled in the prepaid return program per our returns policies.
You can look to this page for program specifics, look into requesting exemption from prepaid returns for seller-fulfilled orders, and file a SAFE-T Claim to request compensation from Amazon after a refund is deducted from the seller account and issued to the buyer for a buyer return.
I hope this helps, and thank you again for looking to the seller forums for some further information on managing seller fulfilled returns.
Best,
Danny
