I assume you ship yourself. Amazon takes it's fee from the entire amount you are being paid, no matter what you get paid for, product, shipping cost or gift wrap credits..Amazon gets the same percentage. Works like that everywhere

The commission (e.g. 15%) is charged for Subtotal + Shipping. I believe the only thing excluded is the tax. So a listing for $34.50 with $5.50 shipping, and a listing for $40 with $0 shipping, will both be charged $6.00 commission.
